The Broda Group of Companies is comprised of three distinct divisions, each specializing and leading their respective industries with innovation, dedication and commitment to quality.

Broda Construction Inc.
Established in 1967 as our original enterprise. Today we have one of Canada’s most experienced work forces in railroad ballast production, drilling and blasting, rock and gravel crushing, aggregate processing, and quarry and open pit mine work.

North American Rock & Dirt Inc.
As our earth moving and surface course sector, North American Rock & Dirt specializes in the construction of highways, roads, railways, industrial sites, airports, canals and waterways, dams, reservoirs, containment ponds, leach pads, site reclamation, and oil and gas leases.

Kam-Crete Ltd.
Specializing in concrete, Kam-Crete Ltd. completes the capabilities of the Broda Group of Companies with expertise in concrete production, and sand and gravel work.

Human Resources:

Our company has been fortunate to acquire a devoted and loyal work force. We have many employees that have been with our company for over twenty years, and many more with ten to fifteen years with the Broda Construction Group. Even while we add to our work force, we continue to retain employees.

It is the experience and knowledge of this work force that helps us to perform on our job sites. From loading and transporting of the equipment, to quick and proper set-up of the project our employees can get your project underway. With the proper production and handling of the product materials and maintaining quality of the products our employees use their ability to anticipate and solve problems. These people have spent a great deal of their time associated with heavy construction and have participated in the continuous improvement philosophy that our company is based on.

We have had in excess of one hundred employees working on job sites at any one time. We have a core group of seventy to eighty employees with additional persons being hired on a local level at the different site locations.

We are confident that we can provide the quality and quantity of employees to satisfy the requirements of any project.

Project Specific Staffing:

Each of our projects is staffed with highly experienced and qualified management personnel.  Our project superintendents possess a wealth of knowledge in mechanics and earthwork as well as safety and public relations.  Our superintendents are backed by a highly skilled engineering and management team with expertise in the heavy construction and mining industry.  Our management team has proven in the present and the past that projects of any magnitude can be completed efficiently, safely, and on time.
