Safety

Our goal is to have an injury - and accident-free workplace to protect our clients, our staff, our property and the public. This is driven by our internal corporate safety department. Through continuous safety and loss control measures, we never lose sight of our goal. 

Complete and active participation by everyone, every day, on every job is necessary to maintain the safety excellence we expect. Management supports the co-ordination of safety among all workers on the job site.

We require staff to meet all generally accepted safety standards, including training in WHMIS, First Aid/CPR and Safety Excellence. Management supports participation in the program by all employees and provides proper equipment, training and procedures.

The Broda Group of Companies holds current Certificate of Recognition for Safety in both Saskatchewan and Alberta.
